Stowaway bear!

3T were as surprised as I was when they heard how the Stillness Junior School Ambassador Bear had stowed away in my suitcase before my trip to Vietnam.  Apparently he has family over here and wanted to know more about the country.  Don't worry Stillness, we'll look after him and make sure he sends information back to you.  He's been put straight to work tonight by helping Gally with her homework.

  1. Hello Ambassador Bear,
What was your journey to Vietnam like? Did you get travel sick?
Do you like it over there?
    What is the weather like?
    What food do you eat?
Miss Cribbens wants to know if you can buy decent chocolate?
Are the children in 3T giving you lots of attention?
Do you like England better than Vietnam?

    Love from 3C

  2. 3C! How are you all?

I'm doing fine over here thanks. The heat is a bit much, what with my furry coat. When it rains, IT RAINS! Which is quite handy when I need a shower.

3T have been really good to me. I spend the week sitting on Mr Rob's desk, listening to all the wise things he has to say. Then on the weekend one lucky person gets to take me home for the weekend. This weekend Tracy took me home and drove me around on her bike. I kept falling off, no damage done though. I'm keeping a diary of all my weekend trips. I'll let you see it when I'm

  3. Back. Sorry can only write so much in one box.

You can buy galaxy but they call it dove, if that helps Miss Cribbens. It's rather tasty all though I'm a bit partial to a bowl of noodles nowadays.

I'm still hoping to bump in to some relatives out here. Having been too far out of the city yet, maybe at half term.

3T want to know the what the best thing about living in London is? And what the diamond jubilee was like? They had a big party over here.

Hope to hear from you soon.

  4. Hello AB and 3T!

    Thank you for your message.

We were wondering why you celebrate the Diamond Jubilee because you don't have the same Queen as us. Did you wear red, white and blue or yellow and red?

Iris thinks you are called 3T because in Vietnamese, Wilson or Rob might begin with the letter t. Is this true?

Hope to hear from you soon

    Love 3C

PS Thank you for your presents and letters. Lots of us have used our chopsticks at home!

  5. Hi 3C,

We're the British International School, so thought it only right to celebrate the Queens's Diamond Jubilee. Everyone was dressed in red, white and blue for the day and each class decorated their door with something truly British.

Good guess Iris (probably worth 3hp Miss Cribbens, 5hp if she's in Grace). I'll give you a clue. There are 2 classes in year 3. we are 3T and the other is 3X. If you find us on google maps it'll help. Good luck.

Been a very busy couple of weeks, have a look at our new posts to see what we're up to. Any questions then add a comment.

What topics are you studying in year 3 this term?

    Speak soon
