Inter House Maths Challenge!

It's time for another of Mr Rob's Inter House Maths Challenges. Today's tasks are:

1) build the biggest house of cards

2) have your whole team climb through a single sheet of A4 paper (at the same time)

3) number joins

4) 1 minute long marble maze

Just a quick reminder about tomorrows inter-house spelling bee competition for MP2. Don't forget to wear your house t-shirt. Good luck to all the teams.

On Friday everyone will be taking part in the TX 'aqualthon'. Don't forget, you will need to wear your PE kit to school with your swimming kit underneath. Please remember to bring your uniform as well to change in to after all that exercise.

Rainforest cafe

Just a quick reminder that next week is the Year 3 'Rainforest Cafe'. The cafe will be open to students throughout the school days and after school on Friday for parents. There will be lots of the children's work from this term on display so please come and have a look.

We would be extremely greatful if you donate some cakes or biscuits to be sold. There is a sign up sheet in the TX foyer. If you would like to donate something please fill in your name on your chosen day.

We are learning about probability in maths today by playing a game or two of 'greedy pigs'. A very pig themed day so far..
